Event — Event – The Provenance – Private Dinner Hong-Kong

On the occasion of “The Provenance” auction, Francesco Lee, Director Asia for Baghera/wines and the team at Louise Restaurant, Hong Kong have concocted a pairing dinner featuring some of the best wines in the world and more precisely, from the regions of Bordeaux and Burgundy. A customized five-course menu developed around the tasting wines will be served.

On December 5th 2021, the Romanée-Conti, Comte de Vogüé, along with the Châteaux Latour, Mouton-Rothschild, Margaux and Haut-Brion estates will be in the spotlight with a tasting that promises to be unforgettable, hosted by Head Sommelier and expert Kamonchat Waiyakan, and accompanied by Chefs Julien Royer and Franckelie Laloum’s incredible cuisine.

Follow the auction organized by Baghera/wines live from Hong Kong and take part as if you were right there bidding on the floor on the shores of Lake Geneva.

“A la carte” menu guided by Anthony according to your wishes and the wines offered.

8:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

After dinner, you can enjoy participating live as if you were in the auction room "The Provenance" which will take place in Geneva at the same time.
