Event — La Romanée Memories – Private dinner Hong-Kong


Wine is unquestionably the nectar that enables a discovery of the past while fully living the present. 
 
For this reason, on April 17, 2021, we invite you to celebrate history by ‘awakening' a number of bottles, one of them more than a century old, during a unique moment. 
 

Calling all great epicureans in love with Burgundy. Our tasting, under the guidance of Mr. Francesco Lee Baghera/wines Asia Director, will be composed of  a 10 vintages vertical of the illustrious "La Romanée" (from 1998 to 1906), commented by Philippe Prost, ambassador for Bouchard Père & Fils.

To mark the occasion, a stared Michelin's menu paired with the tasting notes of the vintages will be concocted by Chef Nicolas Boutin and his team. 

Saturday 18 April 
6pm to 7pm 

Champagne Henriot Cuvée Hemera 2006 will be served as an aperitif.

7pm to 9pm 

One star Michelin's menu by Chef Nicolas Boutin will accompany the vertical of La Romanée from 1998 to 1906. Philippe Prost, Maison Bouchard's ambassador will join us online to share his knowledge throughout this historical tasting.
